Megan is a full time Occupational Therapist at Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute. Although, in summer, she loves to continue leading the Swimming without Limits Program through teaching and assisting kids/parents to reach their full potential. 

Adam currently is the Aquatics Director of the City of Benton in Arkansas. He is developing, organizing, and implementing creative aquatic programs that improve the swimming, physical, and mental health needs of all residents in Saline County. He brings extensive personal experience with Arkansas Swimming and education in community health, as well as dynamic interpersonal communication skills and motivational techniques.

Dr. Ryan is a Clinical Instructor who has practiced occupational therapy in multiple practice areas, primarily in pediatric inpatient rehabilitation. Dr. Ryan’s areas of interest are in pediatric neurorehabilitation, assistive technology, administration and management as well as governmental relations related to occupational therapy practice.
